Welcome to St. Mary Magdalene Church, Picton

Weekly Services

Sunday, 10 a.m. - Choral Eucharist (contemporary language)
Tuesday, 3:30 p.m. - Silent Prayer & Meditation
Wednesday, 10 a.m. (no service in July and August) - Eucharist (Book of Common Prayer)

At St. Mary Magdalene, we appreciate the rich tradition of 2,000 years of Christian liturgy, and preaching and teaching from the Bible which is open, inclusive and generous. St. Mary Magdalene is a place to share and explore difficult questions rather than easy answers. In worship, we enjoy beautiful music and the rich symbolism of traditional liturgy. We strive to be an inclusive church and seek to give a warm welcome to all people irrespective of race, age, gender, physical ability, way of life or sexual orientation.

Our worship mostly follows traditional Anglican liturgical forms, using both official prayer books (i.e., the traditional Book of Common Prayer and the more contemporary Book of Alternative Services).
